Atkinson for Hobey; Oscar

The buzz surrounding Cam Atkinson's second bid for the Hobey Baker Award is beginning to pick up.  We at Around The Res will do our best to follow said campaign (along with those of his teammates) as the season progresses.  However, every once and awhile, something so great comes along that it puts everything on the back burner - even Hobey talk.

As the spring approaches, Eagle hockey fans may find it advisable to book their flights and get their tickets early. No, I'm not only talking about trips to St. Paul and the Xcel Energy Center.  This spring, the Superfans may want to fly out to Los Angeles and stop at the Kodak Theatre.  Keep an eye out for Cam.  He'll be the one standing in for the reception of the Academy Award for Best Original Song.
